Peter McConnell worked for about 10 years as an in house musician at LucasArts. He has been co-composer on Monkey Island 2, Indiana Jones and the Fate of Atlantis, Day of the Tentacle, Sam and Max Hit the Road, and he has been lead composer on Full Throttle and Grim Fandango. After his departure from LucasArts, he has also been hired as a freelancer to contribute to the score of Monkey Island 4, and is currently working for Doublefine Productions on Tim Schafer’s upcoming Psychonauts.

I had the chance to ask Jeff Kliment, the manager of the LucasArts sound department, a few questions. This interview covers such interesting themes as sound design, game scores, voice acting, official soundtrack CDs and more.

Clint Bajakian was involved in the music production of many LucasArts games, such as Monkey Isaldnd 2, Fate of Atlantis, Day of the Tentacle, Sam and Max, Dark Forces... He also composed the entire score of the award-winning Western shooter Outlaws. Recently, his new company "C. B. Studios" produced the score of Escape from Monkey Island, Clint Bajakian being the lead composer.

Daniel "Wolk" Strandberg is the musician behind the very promising Zak Mc Kracken II Project. This is a project where fans of the classic LucasArts title Zak Mc Kracken try to develop an unofficial sequel, which will be distributed as freeware. OK, so this may be a fan production, but the least to say is, it seems to be a very ambitious one! iMUSE Island had the chance to ask Daniel, the Zak 2 composer, a few questions.
